Since 1998, this association helps children to go to school. Indeed, in the Guanxi province where the minorities live, families cannot afford to send their children to attend school, especially girls who are the first ones to be penalized.
Couleurs de Chine is essentially focused on a sponsorship scholarship program: by donating 180 euros (or 60 euros per year), you can sponsor a child and finance three years of primary school.
You can also sponsor a child in upper class or university.
In July 2011, 5500 children are attending school. The brightest students receive support to continue into upper secondary and some 95 students have gone on to higher education.
